Privacy policy
Effective 9 October 2026
This policy covers vendors.siteprocure.com, where companies sign up as vendors and individuals sign up as solo equipment operators or laborers for SiteProcure. "We" and "us" mean SiteProcure.
What we collect
From companies signing up as vendors:
- Company name, address and yard locations
- Names, roles, phone numbers and email addresses of the people you list as contacts
- The services you offer, the areas you cover and how far you will travel
- Your equipment, crews, the operators and laborers you can send, and your rates
From individuals signing up as solo operators or laborers:
- Name, cell phone and email
- Home ZIP code and how far you will travel
- For operators, the equipment you can run and your years of experience
- Driver's license and, for operators, CDL details; certifications and availability
- Your hourly rate and how much notice you need for a call-out
- Whether you work for a company now, and its name if you tell us
- If we invite you to the next step: two references, an emergency contact and, if you have one, an insurance certificate
What we do not collect here: Social Security numbers, tax ID numbers, W-9 forms or bank details. If a file you upload contains a tax ID number, we refuse it and do not store it.
When you use the site: we use cookies only to keep you signed in and to hold a form you have not finished. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To review your application and decide whether to approve you for work
- To find vendors and operators near a job when work comes up, including during storms and other emergencies
- To contact you about work, your application and your account
- To keep a record of what our staff approved, changed or declined, and why
Text messages
If you tick the box to receive texts, we will text the cell number you gave us about emergency work. How often depends on events, and can be several messages during a storm. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not required to sign up.
We do not share your mobile number or your agreement to receive texts with anyone for their own marketing.
Who we share it with
- Clients we are arranging work for. When we put you forward for a job, we share what the client needs to decide and to reach you, such as your company or name, contact details, equipment, insurance and rates.
- Companies that run the site for us. They host the site, store the data and files, and send our emails and texts. They may use your information only to provide that service to us.
- When the law requires it, or to protect people or property.
We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while you are on our list of vendors, operators or laborers. If you ask us to remove you, we delete your information, except for the record of actions our staff took, which we keep so there is an accurate history.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to come off our list, at any time. Email us at the address below.
Security
Uploaded files are stored privately and are opened only through short-lived links for our staff. Only staff we have added by name can sign in to review applications.
Not for children
This site is for businesses and for adults looking for work. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
